qSearch text
pageOptional. Default 1.
limitOptional. Default 10, maximum 20.

An empty q returns no rows. The result is { "data": [...], "meta": { "page": 1, "pageSize": 10 } }. Each row is id, name, type, and synonyms.

The card is name, type, synonyms, activity counts, and six scores with a label. Pass include for the extra sections. Each indication has a drug-evidence count. Sponsors are three lists — trials, papers, and patents — each ranked by count. Top indications do not need a project.

An unknown id returns { "error": "Keyword not found", "status": 404 }.
